These terms form a binding agreement between you and Kiyani Galleria ("we", "us", "our") when you use Kiyani Galleria at https://www.kiyanigalleria.com. By browsing the site, placing an order, or submitting a custom request, you agree to everything below. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Kiyani Galleria is a handmade gifting studio based in Arifwala, Punjab, Pakistan. Every piece we list is hand-crafted to order by our circle of sisters using paper, paint, wood, yarn, balloon, and fabric across a range of occasions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the site you warrant that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Handmade products — what to expect
Because every piece is made by hand, variations in tone, finish, dimensions, and stitch-work are part of the craft and not defects. Listing photos are faithful representations but cannot capture every nuance. For made-to-order and custom items, minor deviations from any reference you provide are expected.
- Paper crafts: tolerances of ±3mm on cuts and folds.
- Hand-painted fabric: motif placement and brushwork vary piece to piece.
- Wooden keepsakes: natural grain and knots are cosmetic, not flaws.
- Crochet & knit: stitch tension varies slightly across identical pieces in a batch.
4. Pricing, currency, and availability
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes except where noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and discontinue items at any time. Stock levels shown on the site are indicative — made-to-order pieces are confirmed once we accept your order.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or begin production. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or ingredients we cannot source within your timeline.
6. Payment
We accept:
- EasyPaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets.
- Direct bank transfer (details on the checkout page).
- Cash on Delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier availability.
For advance-payment methods, we begin production only after your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any fees your wallet or bank charges on top of the order total.
7. Production and shipping timelines
Stated lead times are best-case estimates calculated from the day payment is confirmed. Custom orders carry their own quoted timelines. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days across Pakistan depending on the courier and destination. We are not liable for courier-side delays, public-holiday slowdowns, or weather disruptions.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because our work is handmade and often personalised, our policy differs by product type.
- Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. You pay return shipping; we refund the product price to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Made-to-order or personalised items (engraved boxes, custom plaques, decorated nikaah namas, painted dupattas with custom motifs, and all custom-order requests) are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of damage in transit or a clear manufacturing defect.
- Damage in transit — email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
- Cancellation before production — if payment is confirmed but we have not started production, you may cancel for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
9. Custom orders
Custom briefs are subject to our acceptance and a separately-agreed quote. Once you approve the quote, a non-refundable deposit is due to lock production slots and purchase materials. Reference images you share remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited licence to produce the requested piece.
10. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, reset your password and email us immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the site without our written consent.
- Attempt to probe, breach, or disrupt our security or the integrity of our database.
- Submit reviews, images, or brief content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
- Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or materially misleading content.
12. Intellectual property
All text, product photography, JSON-LD metadata, designs, and brand marks on Kiyani Galleria are owned by Kiyani Galleria or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of individual product pages (for example, sharing a link or screenshot).
User-submitted content (reviews, order photos, brief attachments) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it in connection with running the service and promoting the brand on our own channels.
13. Disclaimers
We provide the site and our products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our handmade pieces are made from natural materials and are not intended as toys, food contact items, or safety equipment.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service or any single order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arifwala, Punjab, Pakistan, except that we retain the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or a banner on the site. Continuing to use Kiyani Galleria after a change constitutes acceptance.
